What is the payment policy?
A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 48 hours before your experience date. Please note that bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. Late or incomplete payments may affect activity reservations, chauffeur scheduling, or result in booking cancellation.
What pick-up options do you offer?
Four Tribes offers central pick-up points across Gauteng for all standard bookings. Home pick-up and drop-off can also be arranged at an additional fee ranging from R150–R250, depending on your location. Final pick-up details will be confirmed during the booking process. Guests are expected to arrive on time to avoid delays to the itinerary. Please note that drop-off locations must match the agreed booking arrangement unless discussed in advance.
What transport is used for the experiences?
